There are two manufacturing processes for producing natural latex foam — Dunlop and Talalay. Both start with all-natural latex sap sustainably harvested from Hevea Brasiliensis trees, and both are made in various firmnesses.

But Talalay latex requires more processing and chemical additives during manufacturing than the Dunlop process. The Dunlop process is simple, more energy-efficient, and creates a more durable product. Read more about the latex we harvest here.
