Shipping: Small Products via USPS or FedEx®
Orders that do not contain any large products and do not require in-home delivery and setup service are charged a nominal flat rate of $5 per order. These orders typically contain pillows, bedding, towels, robes, bath, and other accessory items.
Shipping: Large Products via FedEx® or Doorstep Delivery
Orders that contain large products — such as mattresses, furniture, and bases that ship via FedEx® or Doorstep Delivery — are charged for $99 for the first large item. The maximum charge is $198 per order regardless of the number of larger items shipping via FedEx®/Doorstep Delivery. (The maximum weight for FedEx® services is 150 pounds. Products over 150 pounds ship via Doorstep Delivery or our optional In-Home Delivery & Setup services, fees listed below.)
Shipping: Large Products via In-Home Delivery & Setup
Orders that contain oversized or heavy products that either include optional are required In-Home Delivery & Setup Services — such as some larger size mattresses and luxury mattresses that ship flat and may be crated, as well as some adjustable bases and larger furniture — ship according to the scale below, which is based on total shipping weight. For larger mattresses, optional In-Home Delivery & Setup Services are recommended due to their weight.

Shipping fees, shipping surcharges to Alaska and Hawaii, and optional In-Home Delivery & Setup services are non-refundable.
For In-Home services, our delivery team will schedule a time within a 4-hour window to deliver and set-up your new mattress and furniture, and, if desired, remove your old mattress, mattress foundation, or mattress box spring. (Mattress removal is only available in select areas, subject to local health regulations. Our delivery team cannot remove bed frames or other related bedroom furniture.)

Why Do We Charge for Shipping?
The truth is, shipping is never free — online retailers have simply incorporated shipping costs into their pricing. However, we've decided to buck this trend and be more transparent. By showing the non-refundable shipping costs associated with our products, we hope it will allow our guests to be more conscious with their purchase decisions as they also consider the associated shipping costs, in an effort to reduce product waste and the environmental impact on our planet.
