Debating between an Avocado Green Mattress and a GhostBed Natural Mattress? First, review a few key facts:

Is the GhostBed® Natural Mattress certified as organic?

No. The GhostBed® Natural mattress is not certified organic or listed on the GOTS public database. A GOTS-certified product is made with certified organic materials in a facility certified for organic production. A GOTS logo and certification require a license number (Avocado's GOTS license is CU863637). Furthermore, a USDA Organic Seal or USDA claim can not be used or implied in association with a finished mattress.

Is the GhostBed® Natural mattress certified as nontoxic?

No. The GhostBed® Natural mattress has no relevant and reliable scientific evidence, such as third-party certifications, to support any nontoxic claims that the mattress is safe for people and the environment. Relevant and missing certifications include the MADE SAFE® seal, GREENGUARD Gold® for safe emissions (VOCs), and Formaldehyde-Free claim verification.
