Do You Ship Outside the Continental U.S.?

We love Hawaii and Alaska. Great beaches, tremendous mountains — both states are truly singular places on the planet. Unfortunately, both Alaska and Hawaii are also really far away, and shipping heavy mattresses and other products there has become prohibitively expensive. That's why, in September 2021, we had to implement a non-refundable shipping surcharge to the cart total in order to continue to send products to our customers in those locations. In the unlikely event that any items are returned for a refund, the shipping surcharge is not able to be refunded. This non-refundable policy is due to the fact that the costs are incurred regardless of whether the item is returned. The surcharge is calculated as 30% of the total order amount, reflecting the high costs of shipping from the mainland United States (California) and the special handling required for large items.
