The majority of Avocado products ship via UPS® from our GOTS-certified factory in California.
However, orders that contain oversized or heavy products — such as larger-size mattresses and luxury mattresses that ship flat and may be crated, as well as adjustable bases and larger furniture — include either optional or required In-Home Delivery & Setup Services, starting at $249.
With this service, we'll have a team schedule a time to come by your home within a four-hour window. They'll bring your new Avocado product inside and set it up right where you want it. This service is not refundable.
