Have you tried our troubleshooting tips and your Avocado product is still not working for you? We're sorry to hear that it didn't work out. If you're within the parameters of your sleep trial for the product you ordered, just go here to initiate your return. You'll need your order number and the email with which you made the purchase to start the process.
Please note that we can only issue one label and you'll have to re-package multiple products together. Any orders containing a mattress or topper will be directed to our Returns Team to coordinate a donation. Please ship your item(s) back within 10 days of printing your label.
