Unlike our other mattresses, which are compressed into a shipping box, both the Standard, Pillow-Top, and Box-Top versions of our Luxury Organic Mattress are shipped in a flat box via a freight carrier.

Shipping fees, shipping surcharges to Alaska and Hawaii, and In-Home Delivery & Setup services are non-refundable.
For In-Home services, our delivery team will schedule a time within a 4-hour window to deliver and set up your new mattress and furniture, and, if desired, remove your old mattress, mattress foundation, or mattress box spring.
Mattress removal is available in some areas and is limited to purchases of equivalent items.
Furniture items, such as an existing adjustable frame or any larger bedroom furniture, are not eligible for removal, nor will the team move items from one room to another.
