Avocado makes its solid wood City Bed Frame in our woodshops with a clean, modern aesthetic, using solid Birch or Walnut wood and a simple zero-VOC finish. No color stains are used. Assembly of the City Bed is simple and tool-free. It's sturdy and designed to accommodate an optional Eco-Adjustable Base. The City Bed is available with and without a wood headboard from $999 to $1,499 for a Queen.

Thuma makes their wood bed frame in Vietnam and USA with a minimal design aesthetic and Japanese joinery, making assembly tool-free. Four color stains are available, rather than different wood species. Thuma uses upcycled pieces of rubberwood, one of the least expensive woods available for furniture. The Thuma Bed is available with and without a wood headboard from $995 - $1,795 for a Queen.
