Doorstep/Curbside Delivery shipping service charges start at $99 for the first large item. The maximum charge is $198 per order regardless of the number of larger items shipping via FedEx®/Doorstep Delivery. (The maximum weight for FedEx® services is 150 pounds. Products over 150 pounds ship via Doorstep/Curbside Delivery or our optional In-Home Delivery & Setup service.)
However, while the industry’s generic term is “doorstep,” the mattress carton will be placed adjacent to your front door, or, if there are stairs, at the bottom of the stairs.
Please note: With doorstep/curbside delivery, in-home setup services and mattress removal of your existing set is not included, and cannot be arranged on-site if doorstep delivery service has been selected. For this upgraded service, opt for "In-Home Delivery & Setup" when making your initial purchase. (*In-Home Delivery & Setup services are nonrefundable.)
