We can ship your mattress compressed in a triple-reinforced box to anywhere in the U.S. However, due to weight, some of our sizes cannot ship via standard USPS® or UPS® — our standard service for shipping. For these instances (anything over 150 lbs), our shipping partners provide "doorstep/curbside" (aka "threshold") delivery services.
Delivery Options Overview
Free Standard Delivery
With free delivery, mattresses are shipped via one of our ground shipping partners, like USPS® or UPS®.
Delivery timelines are estimated by shippers once the order has been produced at our facilities. Production timing can vary from original estimates, and our support team can assist you with better estimates of production.
Specific delivery dates cannot be scheduled using our ground shipping methods.
Doorstep/Curbside Delivery
Our Doorstep/Curbside delivery method is our free delivery option for mattresses and other products that cannot be shipped with our usual ground delivery carriers.
Please note: while the industry's generic term is "doorstep," the mattress carton will be placed adjacent to your front door. Or, if there are stairs, at the bottom of the stairs.
Customers can choose Waive Signature - no appointment / contactless delivery or Signature Required - with an appointment, scheduled in advance, during checkout.
This shipping method will be set by default if the item cannot be shipped normally, and the option to upgrade to White Glove or In-Home delivery service is available.
In-Home Delivery / White Glove Service
Includes setup and appointment-based delivery on your chosen date.
Ideal for ensuring synchronized delivery of multiple large items.
Option to add removal of your old mattress.
Scheduling Deliveries
Before Purchasing
Free delivery shipping does not allow pre-scheduling of specific delivery dates. Mattresses are shipped directly via USPS® or UPS® and may arrive separately if multiple items are ordered.
Choosing Doorstep/Curbside delivery with Signature Required includes an appointment, scheduled in advance.
Opting for white glove services at checkout enables advanced scheduling for a specific date and ensures grouped delivery. This service starts at $249 for any order, and will increase depending on the total weight of all items qualifying for this shipping method.
White Glove/In-Home Delivery & Setup services are nonrefundable.
Placing an order with one of our sales team members allows for a personalized experience and can include holding your order until you are certain you can receive it.
FAQs
Is in-home delivery the only method allowing specific scheduling?
No. Doorstep/Curbside Delivery also provides scheduling flexibility and ensures that the qualifying items are delivered at the same time.
How do I proceed if I need to hold my order?
Usps.com and Ups.com provide services like vacation holding for up to 2 weeks or holding at a local delivery center for pickup. These services are free but require a USPS® or UPS® account.
Can I get my mattress delivery expedited?
No. At this time, expedited options are unavailable.
