The fee for White Glove delivery starts at $249 for standard mattresses, with an additional $30 for mattress removal. (Mattress removal only available in some areas. Our delivery team can not remove bed frames or other related bedroom furniture.)

Mattresses delivered via our In-Home Delivery & Setup service are shipped compressed in a box. Because natural mattresses can be heavy, this is particularly helpful when navigating up stairs and around tight turns. However, our Organic Luxury Plush Mattress is crated in a wood box and shipped flat, rather than being compressed. Certain luxury mattresses, such as the Luxury Organic Mattress with pillow-top, require White Glove delivery due to their size and inability to be compressed for standard shipping. These specialized delivery options ensure the product is handled with care and delivered in optimal condition.
