For purchases between $50 and $3,000, including discounts, shipping, and taxes, we offer the option to check out using Shop Pay installments, a feature that allows you to break up the cost of your purchase into four equal, biweekly, interest-free payments — for no additional fee. For purchases between $3,000 and $17,500, customers can also choose to pay in installments over 12 months with interest.

Here's how it works. When you select the Shop Pay option at checkout, you'll be prompted to create a Shop Pay account and add your credit or debit card to the account. After you set up your account, you will see the option to pay in installments with Shop Pay. The software, powered by Affirm, will then determine whether your first payment is due at checkout or two weeks after your purchase. The remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every two weeks.

Refunds. If you pay for a purchase using Shop Pay installments, and you're within the parameters of your sleep trial, you are still able to initiate a return.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following: A smaller payment balance on the final payment, or fewer future payments on the remaining loan balance.

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you will receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method.

Please note: A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
